When the army of the king of Aram surrounded Elisha, his servant was terrified. Elisha reassured him, saying, "Don’t be afraid. Those who are with us are more than those who are with them." Then Elisha prayed, "Open his eyes, Lord, so that he may see." The Lord opened the servant's eyes, and he saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha (2 Kings 6:16-17).

This narrative illustrates that the heavenly hosts are ever-present, ready to defend and assist us. It’s a divine assurance that as followers of Christ, we have an unseen army working on our behalf. This knowledge should inspire gratitude and confidence in God’s provision and protection.
