This is the book of the vibes of mankind, man. On the day that the God Spirit created humans, in the likeness of the God Spirit they were made. Male and female, they were created, and they were blessed, and were called Human in the day they were created.

When Adam had lived 130 years, he had a son in his own chill image, named him Seth.

After Seth, Adam lived 800 years, and had sons and daughters.

All together, Adam lived a cool 930 years, and then he joined the cosmic energy.

Seth lived 105 years, and became the father of Enosh.

After that, Seth lived 807 years, had other kids, you know.

All of Seth's years were 912, and then he passed into the great beyond.

Enosh lived 90 years, and fathered Kenan.

After Kenan, Enosh chilled on the earth for 815 years, having more kids.

All Enosh's years were 905, and then he went to eternal peace ✌️.

Kenan lived 70 years, and then he fathered Mahalalel.

After Mahalalel, Kenan had 840 years on this planet, having more little ones.

So, all of Kenan's years were 910, and then he transcended.

Mahalalel lived 65 years and fathered Jared.

After Jared, Mahalalel had 830 years of good times, more sons and daughters.

All of Mahalalel's years were 895, and then he moved on.

Jared lived 162 years and then fathered Enoch.

After Enoch, Jared had 800 years, many sons and daughters.

All of Jared's years were 962, and then he became one with the Cosmic Creator.

Enoch lived 65 years and fathered Methuselah.

After Methuselah, Enoch walked with the Great Spirit for 300 years, had more kids.

All Enoch's years were 365, and then he was taken by the Great Spirit, really far out man.

Enoch walked with the Great Spirit, and he was no more, because the Great Spirit took him because he had chill cosmic vibes.

Methuselah lived 187 years and fathered Lamech.

After Lamech, Methuselah had 782 years, lots of sons and daughters.

All Methuselah's years were 969, and then he found his cosmic rest.

Lamech lived 182 years, and fathered a son.

He named him Noah, saying, "This one will comfort us in our work and the toil of our hands, from the ground the Cosmic Creator cursed, man."

After Noah, Lamech had 595 years, and more sons and daughters.

All of Lamech's years were 777, and then he joined the stars.

After 500 years, Noah fathered Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
