Luke 2:8-14:

In them hills, there were cowpokes out on the range, keepin' watch over their cattle at night. All of a sudden, an angel of the Lord appeared 'mongst 'em, and the glory of the Lord shone around 'em. They were mighty spooked, I tell ya!

But the angel said, “Don’t be gettin' all jittery now. I bring ya good news that'll bring joy to all folks. Today, in David's town, a savior's been born to y'all - he's Christ the Lord. This here's a sign for ya: y'all will find a baby wrapped snug in a blanket and lyin' in a manger.”

Suddenly, a whole posse of heavenly beings joined the angel, praisin' God and sayin', “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to them folks He favors!”
